Controller

What data is collected
Personal data is only collected when you provide it yourself through a form. Quote form: first name, last name, e-mail, phone and the project details you fill in. Contact form: name, e-mail and message. We do not ask for special categories of data.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is used solely to process your enquiry and to contact you about it. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the corresponding box, together with steps taken prior to entering into a contract.
Recipients
Messages are sent by e-mail through our own SMTP server and stored in our mailbox. Data is not sold and is not passed to third parties for marketing purposes.
Hosting and images
The site runs on EdelByte infrastructure. Photographs are served through its own CDN (cdn.edelbyte.ch). The server records ordinary technical data such as IP address and request time, which is required for operation and security.
Usage statistics
For statistics we use Umami, self-hosted on our own server. Umami sets no cookies and builds no individual visitor profile. We do not use Google Analytics.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as is necessary to handle them and to meet the relevant legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time.

You have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your data, to restrict processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to the e-mail address below.
